Appointments Required: Membership pricing is premised on AAM ability to schedule regular patients around med-spa VIP member's appointments. While we strive to accommodate all patients on scheduling, AAM will not be required to see a med-spa VIP member for covered services without advanced notice and a scheduled appointment. With that being said, your free monthly facial does not accrue to the next month. No Promise of Treatment: Through the VIP membership, AAM offers med-spa or cosmetic medical treatment, including: facials and chemical peels, waxing, skin resurfacing, skin tightening, body contouring, cosmetic injection with Botox, Juvederm, Kybella, and other neuromodulators and dermal fillers. The associated conditions are purely of a cosmetic nature, and the decision to proceed is based on the patient's expressed desire to do so. Med-spa VIP members will be required to sign an informed consent specific to any particular treatment selected. AAM will not be bound to perform or provide any treatment that its licensed providers deemed unadvisable.

Automatic Renewal: To minimize administrative expenses and therefore to offer VIP patients our most favorable pricing, AAM membership fees are processed on automatic renewal. Upon the expiration of your annual membership, we will automatically bill your credit card for the amount of your membership dues. You will be notified 30 to 90 days in advance of any increase in the membership rate. The charges will appear on your monthly credit card statement in the month following the charge. You may cancel this automatic billing by contacting us at any time before the fifteenth day of the last month of your membership.

Membership Guidelines: There is no double discounts allowed. There is no sharing of your membership. Your FREE monthly cleansing facial must be redeemed within that month and will not accrue for the following month. You may trade-in your Cleansing facial and pay the difference for another facial listed on our service page. IE: If you would like a Signature HydraFacial instead of your cleansing facial, the difference would be $99 due at the time of service. To do this please speak to our patient coordinator. Month by Month Membership: There is a 6 month minimum for our monthly membership and must be paid up front. The same rule applies for our yearly membership.
